Your wedding details should feel as intentional as the day itself. We design dinner menus, bar menus, order-of-events timelines, and more. All cohesive, beautiful, and designed to match the look and feel of your celebration.
Your wedding menu isn’t a formality. It’s one of the few physical pieces your guests pick up, read, and keep at their place setting for the entire reception. Some guests take them home. Some end up in scrapbooks and memory boxes.
That’s why a menu printed from a template or thrown together in Canva the week before your wedding doesn’t cut it.
It sets the tone before the first course arrives. Your guests sit down, look at the table, and the menu is one of the first things they see. A beautifully designed menu signals that every detail of this wedding has been thought through. A generic menu signals the opposite.
It’s part of the tablescape. Wedding planners, florists, and photographers obsess over the way the table looks. The menu card is right there in the middle of it. If it doesn’t match the stationery, the color palette, or the overall aesthetic, it sticks out — and it shows up in every table photo.
It builds anticipation. Guests read the menu before the food arrives. A well-designed menu with elegant descriptions and a clear flow from course to course makes the meal feel like an experience, not just dinner.
It extends across the entire event. A wedding isn’t just a dinner menu. It’s a bar menu at cocktail hour. It’s a timeline card in the welcome bag. It’s a dessert menu at the sweets table. When all of these pieces are designed together with a cohesive look, the whole event feels polished and intentional.
We design all of these pieces, individually or as a matched set, so everything your guests see and hold feels like it belongs together.
Dinner menus. The centerpiece. Whether your wedding is a plated four-course meal, a family-style feast, or a buffet with stations, we design a menu card that presents your courses beautifully — with clear structure, elegant typography, and descriptions that make everything sound as good as it tastes. Designed to sit at each place setting or be displayed on a shared table stand.
We don’t just design one menu and call it done. Weddings have multiple moments where a designed piece makes a difference. Here’s what we can create for yours:
Dinner menus. The centerpiece. Whether your wedding is a plated four-course meal, a family-style feast, or a buffet with stations, we design a menu card that presents your courses beautifully — with clear structure, elegant typography, and descriptions that make everything sound as good as it tastes. Designed to sit at each place setting or be displayed on a shared table stand.
Bar menus. Cocktail hour deserves its own moment. We design bar menus that showcase your drink offerings — signature cocktails, wine and beer selections, and full bar options — in a format that matches the rest of your wedding materials. Whether it’s a framed sign at the bar, a printed card, or a display board, we’ll size and format it for your setup.
Order-of-events timelines. A visual timeline of your wedding day — ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, cake cutting, dancing, send-off — designed as a beautiful keepsake rather than a plain schedule. Perfect for welcome bags, ceremony programs, or display at the reception entrance. These are one of the most memorable pieces guests take home.
Cocktail hour displays. If you’re serving passed appetizers or a grazing table during cocktail hour, a designed display card or sign elevates the experience and helps guests know what they’re eating.
Dessert and sweets table menus. Cookie tables, dessert bars, and late-night snack stations all benefit from a designed menu that labels everything and ties into the overall wedding look.
Welcome bag inserts. A designed itinerary or weekend schedule for out-of-town guests, matching the aesthetic of your other wedding pieces.
Share your wedding details — date, venue, color palette, any existing stationery or invitations you want us to match, and which pieces you need (dinner menu, bar menu, timeline, etc.). Upload any inspiration photos or mood boards you have.
We’ll walk through your vision: the aesthetic (romantic, modern, rustic, whimsical), the specific pieces you need, sizing and format for each (place setting cards, framed signs, display boards), and any must-haves like monograms, custom illustrations, or specific fonts.
You’ll receive designed drafts of all your pieces — cohesive across every item, with your menu content, your colors, and your wedding’s personality throughout.
Two revision rounds to get every detail perfect. Then you’ll receive print-ready files (sized for your printer or stationery vendor), high-resolution digital files for sharing or display, and editable source files in case of last-minute changes.
After the payment is processed, you’ll receive a link to a brief form, where you’ll share your current menus, design preferences, and specific requirements (size, print/digital format, etc.) Your answers will help us create a menu design that reflects your vision. Once you submit the form, we’ll begin working.
Your new menu design will be typically be delivered in 3-5 business days. One revision round and final delivery usually take 1-2 business day each.
Our Signature menu design package takes 7–10 business days, including revisions. Each round of revision takes 1-2 business days on average.
You’ll receive a print-ready PDF file of your new menu, and any other digital format required to upload your menu onto a screen, social media, or your website.
We have a 100% happiness guarantee. Since each design is custom, we can’t offer full refunds. We will work with you to ensure you love your new menu design.
